delays
In aiProfile -> Admin -> Newsletters
Delays allow us to process the next Newsletter based on the last Newsletter.
The most common scenario is when someone hasn't responded to the questions in the first newsletter. In that case, we can have the system automatically resend the previous newsletter, this time with a gentle reminder asking them to answer the required questions.
- plrr: gives us access to extra capacity in ~~input_code~~.
