- aiProfile comes with some example emails.
- You can build out new emails how ever you want.
- We have fields you can put in to an email that will these do a mail merge with the record you are sending an email for. i.e. ~~first_name~~ will substitute in the person’s first name you are sending to.
Mail Merge

aiProfile can mail merge information from the part of aiProfile you are currently in and send an email.
Depending on where you are working as an admin, you will be able to use the ~~name~~ mail merge option to put in context-sensitive information into the email you are sending
